I am Arno, your new French private chef in Los Angeles.
With over 10 years experience as a private and personal chef in France, New Zealand and America, my cooking style combines French, Italian and Asian cuisines, blending in modern and classic techniques, turning local ingredients into healthy, delicious and uncomplicated meals for your utmost satisfaction.
I grew up in Provence, with home-grown fruits and vegetables ripening to perfection in the sun. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of discovering local specialties in Burgundy with my extended family, and cooking omelettes and flambé prawns with my dad. I was just 14 when I started working in a restaurant in Avignon for the first time.
Fast forward many years, after living throughout Europe and making an award-winning documentary, I returned to cuisine and graduated from the Paul Augier Culinary School in Nice. I trained in 5* Relais & Chateaux Mas de Pierre with some of the best chefs on the French Riviera. Then I met my wife Linda, relocated to Auckland, New Zealand and started my own successful private chef business.
Recently, we moved to Los Angeles with our two young children. Linda is completing a Doctor of Musical Arts at USC and our kids are settled into elementary and preschool. I’m looking forward to meeting you.

As a private chef, I am employed part or full time by an individual or corporation to plan, shop, prepare, cook and plate delicious food on a daily basis, several days a week. In both scenarios, I always use fresh high quality ingredients, based on your preferences and dietary requirements.
I am a relaxed and discreet professional with menu samples, weekly meal plans, reference letters and 70+ 5* reviews from past clients.
